Sara Adams-Siskey was my attorney in my contested divorce with minors.  She was able to get me divorced in 4 months.  She took on my case at the last minute after I initiated it myself.  She showed up at court 3 days later and of course the court ruled in my favor.  We had several hiccups along the way but Sara swiftly got things sorted out.  She made a case that seemed complex, unfair and uncertain end timely and in my favor without going to court for a second time.  I owe her more than I can imagine.  She gave my family a chance to start over and create a safe and healthy space to thrive.  She didn't break the bank with her fees.  I am so appreciative of her flexibility and sincerity.  She is not out to make money, she is driven by the passion to help people...and that's what she for my family!  THANK YOU SARA!!!!  2023 is my year of big changes!

From my first conversation with Sara about my divorce, she explained each step of the process clearly in easy to understand terms. Each time I was asked for something, she would explain why she needed it, and what she was doing with that information. Sara also answered my questions and gave me great advice on how to handle any situation that came up during my divorce. Sara is nothing short of amazing! I was left in a state of frustration with my ex-husband. I didn't know what to do. I had tried to prove that my child was better off with me full time over the course of 5 years, which seemed like an impossible thing to do. I was ready to give up and definitely wanted to. Sara wouldn't allow me to give up even on the worst days. She would flat out tell me," you will not give up." She has worked so hard for me and I now have my son in my home full time! I can't thank Sara enough for all she has done for me and my family.  My children and I were being stalked by my ex-boyfriend from high school and I had exhausted everything I could possibly do to get him to stop.  A friend of mine gave me the name and number of her lawyer who helped her win custody back after a very tumultuous divorce. I contacted Sara late at night on a holiday weekend, via text message and didn’t really expect for her to respond back till after the weekend but she immediately responded back. She made herself available to me when I needed her. She assisted me in getting an emergency TPO and represented me in court and I was awarded a TPO for a full year against my stalker. She was a bulldog in court despite her pretty and young disposition. Sara was very thorough and professional and would even ask me after she questioned every witness if I had anything additional I wanted her to ask them before she would dismiss them from the stand, which I very much appreciated because it let me feel like I was in charge of my trial plus it helped her in assuring she covered everything I wanted her to. She also took into consideration that I was a single mom of 3 and did not nickel and dime me for every time I talked to her for advice. Most importantly, she gave my girls and I our since of freedom back and our lives back which you can’t put a price on.

Thank you!  Sara Adams was a godsend. She represented us in probate court following the sudden death of our baby granddaughter. We hired Sara again when we were fighting multiple parties for custody of our 3 year old grandson.  After fighting for almost a year, she won that case for us as well.  We recommend this awesome wonderful woman if you need anything that has to do with the custody of your children or grandchildren she definitely puts up a fight . They show only five stars to give a five star rating but they need to have a whole lot more for this woman . I'm so thankful she was recommended to us and if I ever have anybody that needs help I will definitely send them to her. If we ever need help again she will be the one that we hire . Sara helped me get my son home.  I hired her when I learned that I had a one year old son I had never known about.  He had been taken away from his mother and was in foster care.  Sara was my attorney and I tell you what, she is AMAZING. She kept me informed daily on what was going on, was there whenever I needed her, and walked into the court room both court dates and did what she had to do to get my son home where he belongs. Sara Adams will win!  I was low on funds and needed help.  Sara never judged me.  She set me up with a reasonable payment and tackled my case.  She is like Michael Jordan on the court in the courtroom - she always scores!  She is very trustworthy.  I knew she was going to win my case.  She gets straight to the point.  She was honest and very loyal to me as a client.  You won't regret hiring her.  She fought two cases for me and won them both.  Trust me when I tell you to trust Sara - she will not lose!

Sara Adams is a great lawyer.  I had my kids taken from me almost a year ago by DFCS and Sara Adams was my attorney. She fought hard for me and got me my kids back two months ago. She is great with helping parents in need and I would fully recommend her if you are in need of a lawyer to fight DFCS to get your kids back.  She was very kind and made me feel comfortable. When it comes to your kids, she doesn't beat around the bush - she is straightforward and honest.

 After discovering some disturbing information regarding the environment my child was living in, I retained Sara as my attorney. My case was very complex because although I had been paying child support on my child for 4.5 years, I did not have any parental rights and was seeking full custody and I was no longer living in Georgia. On top of the difficult circumstances with my case, my wife was battling cancer at the time. Sara was very understanding of my situation and demonstrated concern for my child foremost. My experience with Sara Adams has always been positive.  I highly recommend her.  I retained Sara  after experiencing poor representation from my first attorney, a former judge.   The poor representation from my first attorney left me in a ugly and stressful divorce/custody case.  As hard as it was to hear, Sara was honest with me from our first consultation. She informed me that my situation was complex because of the dynamics of the parties , the amount of evidence and witnesses involved, and a very experienced opposing counsel, this would be a long, hard fight.
